I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your seminar this week. I can't tell how relieved I was to know that you actually delivered on your promise and brought real substance and NO FLUFF.
I was able to not only make personal contact with real lending sources and form a personal relationship with them, which was my reason for attending. But I also found so many other solutions that can solve problems that will allow me to help an untold number of my clients. It would have taken me years and a lot of money to figure out on my own what I was able to learn in a few hours.
You told me that it would take me 20 years to make the same number of contacts that I could make by attending your seminar. I have to admit I Did Not Believe You when you said that But I BELIEVE YOU NOW.
You went above and beyond my expectations by not only offering actual solutions to real problems (NOT THEROY) at every level of the hard money world but you included the Marketing and Web Dessign/Organic Optimization also. This would have been worth the price of admission alone.
